MUST HAVE
The candidate MUST have 3-5 years HANDS ON and WELL VERSED in CNC experience in PRECISION MACHINING from Medical device, dental, orthopedic, Biological, Military related clients/industry experience preferred.
Requirements:
o Our shopper is probing for a CNC software engineer that has sensible command of M & G Codes and Mazak Mazatrol / Fanuc or Fagor expertise.
o Programming from the half drawing, creating the created and generating the mandatory documentation at intervals our system, proving the program likewise as troubleshooting machining problems.
o They can Program EMCO 332 Twin Spindle / Twin Turret shaper with Bar Feeder and Siemens management likewise as Mighty USA ophidian shaper with bar feeder and Fanuc management and Mazak fast flip ten and Haas VF-2 Machining Centers.
o A major and if they need Tool area Machining expertise.
o Uses SolidWorks software system for modeling of machined and assemblies. (Class one level)
o Plans machining by finding out drawing and specifications.
o Operates CAD/CAM software system and Mastercam to provide G-Code programs for machines.
o Determines method and program and plans for material and program.
This could be a first shift position and is found is a lovely rural community in North geographic area.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
